Purina Saddle Series, May 19, exhibitions 5 pm, Open 4-D, 6 pm.
It will be a double run (rollovers) because I am cancelling the run on Sunday.
Awards will be presented around 9 pm Saturday night by Fran Minnaert from Purina Mills.
You must be present to receive your award. Check the standings at

You must have attended 11 jackpots to receive an award.
All stalls will need chain/locks removed and cleaned down to the dirt
by May 19 or the city will charge you $50 to clean your stall.
Marie will be there with the concession stand.

The 4th Annual Memorial Barrel Race which was held last weekend was a great success. We had a huge amount of donations placed on tables for the silent auction. Some of the donors were Purina Mills Horse Feed, Hillcrest Animal Clinic, Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply, and the barrel racers, themselves. We raised $1100 so far, and I am continuing to collect donations this week. All the money raised will be split equally between two different cancer charities, in memory of Claudia and Sheila. I want to thank everyone for their generosity whether it was donating or buying from the silent auction.
If you need to have a mammogram and your insurance does not cover the expense, Paula Johnson and I can make arrangements for you to receive a free mammogram. Please notify either one of us and we can provide you with further details.
